| @iluvDBSKxiah You can - the current record is actually 19lbs. I wouldn't believe it myself unless it had been posted on line. A book called "Stop counting calories & start losing weight" explains way more than a 5 min video can. How much you could lose will depend on how many of the 3 conditions you have (all explained in the book & other of my videos), how much you have got to lose, how much processed food is in your current diet etc...Good luck! | @ProudMommy007 I couldn't agree more! Great advice. My diet tips is about how much you should gain during a healthy pregnancy and to make sure that you don't end up with a baby and a big weight problem. It's all about eating great food during the time when your body needs it more than ever x |

| @Lacehairwigs YOU ARE PREGNANT!...HELLO...not time to worry about LOSING weight, just eat healthy and go on walks every day, or every other day..just be sure to get in some activity..lots of fruits & veggys...DONT try to lose weight right now.. thats just stupid..Worry about it ONCE u have the baby PLEASE |

| @honda535 Thank you for your kind words and you are quite right - this is not something you 'do' and then 'stop' - real food needs to be the only choice from here on. There is no place in a healthy diet for processed junk food. Red wine, very dark chocolate and berries and cream should be seen as treats. Sweets and fizzy drinks should be seen as punishments! Keep up your fab work too :-) x |

| Im a personal trainer with almost a decade of experiance. This is good stuff people she speaks the truth about alot of this. Good range of foods with all Vs and Mins good stuff! But i have to say to keep your weight of you must keep it up, build on your health by adding other healthy life style choices like exercise, this is good but it should not be seen as a diet plan to loose weight it should be seen as the way to eat for the rest of your life! |

| @co659017 Not in the first 5 days if you want to lose weight (fast) and I don't recommend wheat generally as I find so many people intolerant to it. Then they crave it, retain water when they have it etc. You can have rice pasta, porridge oats, quinoa - there are many alternatives to wheat. The average Brit eats 730 calories of wheat a day - no wonder our bodies have said "enough's enough!" |
