We have a heavy shooting schedule for the next several days and will be releasing a number of new DVDs in early November. As a result we won't be able to deal with comments in a timely manner. So we're temporarily disabling comments on several dozen of our clips. We will resume allowing comments with approval in November as our schedule permits. i won't argue with results but what he is doing is not a flye... more commonly a "W" but people think they are doing flyes.

Or you could do incline benchpress for upper pecktorals and decline for lower, if you do to much lower it makes it un even...

Decline bench, in my opinion the best position to work all areas of the pecs! Watch how it works both lower and upper pecs.
