| Thanks, I totally agree with you. Most people still don't get it. Why is it so difficult to tell - why does living healthy has to be complicated?A good example on youtube is K80blog with her video "Eat Your Vegetables!!" watch?v=OocehiF9fOk . Why don't we have commercials like this; is it because it's not profitable to promote health that way? |

| We don't know how the study was conducted. Were these people just taking the vitamins and still living an unhealthy lifestyle or were they doing all they could for their total health? |

| Nothing beats the "real deal". Interestingly enough, veggies are cheaper than supplements anyway. |
