| muscle burns fat, so if u do this you may gain sum muscle which will burn some fat. i suggest you eat 3 bowels of cereal a day and plenty of water and fruit and thats it for the 7 weeks. no alcohol. u will lose weight very quickly, exercise everynight before u go to bed and every morning when u get up for 20mins |

| Not necessarily. Muscle gaining is based on anabolic exercise, ie building, while catabolic exercises focuses on breaking down. I think your right up to a point but going for a run would seem more efficient to me. |

| Im not a professional, but i dont think this will help you lose your tire. Only cardio and diet can magic that away, this is an exercise to build muscle, not lose weight. |
