| First, really try to focus on concentration and contraction.Always squeeze and contract the muscle group for two seconds at the top of the motion and lower the weight very slowly. This is basically raising your intensity level. Also for more detail make sure your eating correctly. | I will have to check on the name of the song with my Tech support. As far as your abs go ,do you hit them with any added weight? Alternate between two heavy ab routines and one light one every week. Your diet needs to be dialed in just right to really get a good look at your abs.For details on how to train yor abs and dialing in your diet go tomusclemaximization(dot)com. Keep the good questions coming. You could always contact me at rippednaturalbodybuilding(dot)com with training questions. |

Supplements like Protein isolate powder and Creatine will enhance your efforts in the gym. You do have a chance of retaning some water on Creatine but you should stay on it for no more than six weeks at a time. It will help with your strength and over all size. I feel Protein supplements are mandatory, especially after your workout. The idea is to stimulate lean muscle mass. The right amount of protein will do just that. For more tips on protein and training go to musclemaximization(dot)com

hey michael! im a 20 year old boy from norway that have been woking out quite some time. im not that big, quite average. what i want to know is: is there necessary to use protein shakes and creatin or any other stuff that makes you big? I only want to get ripped, like you, and as far as i know using protein and creatin only makes your muscles fat and waterly. would be very thankful for answers. yours sincerely norwegian fan

hey i have a random question: Do you know why i sometimes feel dizzy during or after a workout? especially when training large muscle groups like the legs & chest. Is this a sign of overtraining? If i m overtraining what do i do?

Creating huge delts will give your physique the finished look you want. All to often to many individuals concentrate on heavy weights and not the isolation the delt's thrive on. Try giving your delt's a taste of some good old fashioned high volume training, like the routine I demo on YouTube combined with heavy basic shoulder presses or push presses.musclemaximization(dot)com .
