Depends...if you do a hard ab workout like 20-30 mins str8 of abs workout...then do it every other day or every 3-4 days...depends on how hard you work them you see?...but gererally u can do abs every single day if it is a simple 4-5 sets of 10 or something easy like that.

basically work them everyday just dont over do it or you will be in pain afterwards
