Good advice on an often hidden problem. It's almost strange to hear someone speak so sensibly on an important health issue on YouTube. Unfortunately the video does feel like a commercial for MiraLAX. Nothing wrong with that necessarily, given that it has good research evidence to support its use - in terms of both efficacy and safety. In the interests of transparency though, we should be told if Dr Yoshida has received payment or funding from Schering Plough (the company behind MiraLAX).
