i simply adore this look...must try it out! The false lashes are my favorite part. Good job!

I'm not a fan of pink at all or pink make-up, but this look is gorgeous! I love the fake eye lashes, I wish fake eyelashes would adhere to me easily but they always fall off =( And I like that you use Revlon make-up, 'cause sometimes trying to do these tutorials and match make-up if you can't afford a dozen MAC products, is hard.

You're missing the point; it's supposed to be dramatic, not natural. 18th century cosmetics in general and as used by the French court in particular were nothing close to natural. Her modern interpretation hits exactly the right tone. I love it. I've tried it. It's not a look for the timid or those lacking confidence but it is a lot of fun for those rowdy nights out with the girls.

Heres a tip.. Wear individual lashes; it gives it a more natural look.. The makeup you have looks too dramatic (just the lashes) .. or what i do- I simply wear a really good mascara the two in one I think its purple they sell it at Walgreens.. I think its the best and I also curl them before the mascara and its awesomee.. Good luck and lovely makeup tutorial. your very beautiful.

I really like this interpretation! I think you really found a way for girls to connect to a historic figure
