she said getting sun burned..alot of sun is very harmful to the skin..beside sun burns it causes the skin to be dry..alot of sun can also cause skin cancer..and causes pigmentation to accumulate in sum areas of the face

Yeah, you're right... i would have bad acne if i didn't use Ole Henriksens products.. works for me, i have clear skin now. I'm skinny and i workout, but if i didn't used these products i would have acne all over my face.

its mostly hormonal. it has nothing to do with your diet. how do you explain fat people with clear skin? they wern't born fat or fat their whole lives, they eat bad food to become fat. im skinny (and would say i ate healthy) and had bad acne until i went to the dermotologist and they subscribed medicine and two gels and cream and the acne went way. so ITS NOT ALL ABOUT DIET!

avoid the sun? hello how are you supposed to get vitimin D? which is so important for your health look it up and see, and sun light is also important specially in winter. And yes I go on hollidays and my skin clears up and somehow I feel better, like my skin is cleaner. I Know that when you go away your diet changes, you spend lots of time in the sun, fresh air, your are usually more active and when I go to the beach my face and my entire body somehow feels cleaner.ummmm I thought it was only me

Everyones skin reacts differently to elements & consumption.FRUITS that u consume contain Vitamins/anit-oxidants that are a benefit to skin,Vitamin C,A,B etc.Water content in fruit help hydrate ur skin.the vitamins also help boost the immune system which help against bacteria(like anti-biotics,which is why theyre prescribed)the healing rays of sun activates Vitamin D through the skin,which is have vital health benefits.Over exposure burns and cracks the skin allowing dirt/bacteria to clog pores.
