| Your pictures made me cry! I'm an overweight (220lbs) horse trainer but I'm actually getting scared to start my young horses because I feel I am too much weight for them. I really need to lose weight so that I can work with them more effectively. I am buying a treadmill at the end of the month. I sure hope that helps! My biggest issue is that I have 3 children, the youngest being 3 and I don't have a license so I'm stuck at home with her. Anyways, congrats! You look awesome!! |

| I lost 80 pounds working out 3 days a week and riding my bike. I ate some chocolate everyday too. I could afford to, I burned 600 calories on workout days. I smoked pot so my mind would be numb to feelings. My feelings and negative thoughts were keeping me fat. Once I reached my goal weight I got completely sober for 4 years and kept the weight off! |

| Wow those pictures are unbelievable. Awesome! I mean I lost some serious weight as well, but thats nothing compared to your change! This is inspiring for a lot of people and for me as well, since I gained back a bit, and right now I am back on weight loss. Thanks for sharing the pictures with us! |
