| look mopargreg... I can rep 315 for more than 6 reps and ive never used steroids. My bench is only slightly better than my incline which is like 315 for 10. im 23 and when i was 20 i would have probably made the same comment you just did, but now i realize that you can get very strong and big without juice. Im still young and i have a lot more growing to do naturally.... believe it or not |

| If he was on gear, he would have done 15 reps. Anyone through proper diet and hard training can build up to 315 for 6 or 7 without taking illegal substances. |

| I see your point, but kind of disagree. I believe that for a mojority of people in this world, the most they can ever work up to is 350 pounds. But a few million people canin fact lift more weight naturally. But yea, alot of guys are on steroids. |

| good job, all i would say is concentrate on the eccentric part of the exercise: the down part, cos you could hurt yourself. and clamps, for the same reason |
