| Anyone who things this was a one-way snub of Bush needs to watch and listen again. Bush was not interested in shaking hands. Look how he avoided eye contact - even when having to pause behind someone else shaking hands - he just looks at his shoes. Very strange - not for "adrian monk" maybe - but for the leader of the US?
