| i have a question, i am 21 been working out and shaving pounds after being heavy all life, right now im eating 2-2.5k calories a day with 2 hour workouts and im not hungry, i will eat a fruits or yogurt if i get hungry but i dont get hungry even with the low calorie intake and high calorie output, could my bodie have gotten used to minimum calories after eating minimally for almost 3 years? |
