| That Arbiter is a murderous criminal that had been imprisoned for many years. The Prophets called on him to lead the excavation of that structure because of his notoriously psychotic and relentless nature. Basically, he follows orders with no hesitation or regard for him or his allies. I've also read that in-game, he uses two energy swords that can rip apart an entire tank squadron. I kind of like the idea of a psychotic leader who will rush into certain death with no hesitation. |

| Its not the same aribiter. The concept of the arbiter is a warrior fallen out of grace who goes on asuicidal mission to regain his honor in death. That's probably y doucheface arbiter there says to the shipmaster "i dont care for ur small life", because he is an overzealous asshole who will sacrifice all his troops lives to open the flood vault prematurely |
