| I am all for HR 676--universal single payer health care. However, what would help make it possible? By Amending the Constitution which would state that everyone within the borders of the United State has a civil and human right to health care. This would give HR 676 the Constitutional backing it needs. |

| I lived in Europe for many years, where everyone has health care and nobody worries about medical bills. While I was there I had surgery and several health problems. I never paid a penny for the good care I received or medicine I was prescribed. Let's do it here! |
