Thanks. Also In your ripped rulez program you talk of lean red meats being okay. I have been adding muscle mass as of late so haven't quite been following your diet to a tee, and got some ground beef today and on it is says: Ground beef does not exceed 17% fat (I guess that means it is 83% fat free), plus a lot of fat comes out of it in liquid form as I heat it, is this meat okay?

Make sure you build a solid foundation, step by step. Start with a basic routine consisting of push ups ,no weight squats, sit-ups etc. If you want a great training manual that I put together for individuals like you. Go to musclemaximization(dot)com.
