Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry. I meant to say that my knee locks, not pops. And it is painful for a moment. If I get out of the pose right away, I'm fine. I try to always cycle before I do yoga to warm my knees up. Also I go to physical therapy once a week to learn how to make my knees stronger and less arthritic. I would say that the standing poses cause the most locking and pain in my knees - especially the warrior poses!

Hey, thanks for saying that, although I didn't take it that way! The thymus pounding place is located just below the notch at the base of your neck where your collarbones meet. Sorry if it was confusing! I'm so happy you like the PodcastGO vids--they are a great company. Also, popping joints are normal, unless there's pain. You should hear my ankle! Just open your leg and hip muscles as much as you can and it should lessen...xoxo! Sadie

Sorry Sadie. I feel like my last comment here sounded rude. I must have been in a fuzz that day! I just wanted to say that just in case I came off that way to you. By the way, I downloaded A LOT of your videos on the PodcastGO site. You, again, are awesome!!And please make a video for people that have popping knees. Yoga can get frustrating when my knees pops and I have to stop my pose! Argh!
