Titan's landscape and surface similarities with Earth could shed valuable light on what sparked the life explosion on Earth, and how possible it might be for life to exist on other planets.Watch more Titan - A Place Like Home? from BBC Worldwide here: http://www.youtube.com/view_pl...

pluto as an escaped moon. . . interesting theory.

Its more likely that they work just fine, but were just told they failed so they don't need to tell us what really might be there. (i.e Mars rovers)

it's not magma it's water mixed with amonia

One caveat kiddies. Well, one in multiple: Titan's atmosphere contains cyanide. In addition, it's freaking freezing there due to a reverse greenhouse-gas effect. Basically, Titan is better as a study-environment, a thought-experiment if you will, to see what kind of primordial conditions could produce life. Mars is a much more viable locale for inhabiting at this point. Maybe in the future though.

A quick web search revealed; The visible surface of Jupiter, the uppermost layers are clouds of methane and ammonia. The interior of Jupiter is made up of a solid core of material similar to that of the Earth with a diameter of about 24,000 km. Surrounding this, with a diameter of about 100,000 km, is a metallic mixture of hydrogen and helium. For the clouds think more like liquid under huge pressure as Jupiter's gravity is so enormous.

big words o_oBut I agree, none have enough mass, especially since Jupiter isn't solid, it's a gas planet.I was told that Jupiter doesn't have a solid surface, just gas.Is this true? :O

Just b/c Jupiter and Saturn r gas planets dont mean they could have been stars at 1 point. Gases exist on earth too so there is no reason to think about planets being a star.I am not sure if gas planets have a surface but I believe all the non water planets do b/c scientist launch robots on the plant. They r only active 4 a few minutes or few hours im not sure about that though.

titan is not bigger than the earth, it is almost the size of mars.

From my understanding when our solar system was being formed all the dust and gases under gravity made planets and icy matter settled in the outer regions of the disk along with rocky material, where the giant planets like Jupiter formed. The huge amount of gases and dust that got sweep by the solar wind clumped together by the forces of gravity forming the huge gas giants where it was cooler. Maybe pluto is an escaped moon?

I was told that Jupiter is a failed star
