| Funny how legends start.When I managed to get into all ages shows,seeing bands like this live was no big deal.The subculture scared the panties off "normal" people,obviously.Germs shows,or indeed most early L.A.bands,were too wasted or drunk to pose any real threat.Seeing the Germs before all the local hype was no bigger a deal than seeing the Bags or Adolescents.Guess it's sort of a snowball effect.Around 30 years later,some obscure clique has a movie made about them. |
