| Awesome. I took a biology class that explained the role of enzymes to me. That's pretty fascinating that the vitamins can come packaged in a way that will enable the body to use them faster by skipping a conversion process in the liver. I'll have to keep an eye out for that on the bottle. Thanks. |

| When buying a Vitamin B complex, look for the words "Coenzymated" and/or "Coenzyme" on the product label.Coenzyme B-Complex vitamins do not require the usual conversion by the liver but are directly transported to their action sties. This enables the body to use these coenzyme B vitamins more efficiently, thus lower potencies are needed for energy production. |
