| one question...do i have to do 3 set of each execrice and then moe to the other one...or i have to do 1 complete cycle of all 10 exercises and then continue with cycle 2 and 3? |

| When he (Vince) says with 30 seconds rest, does he mean 30s between exercises or between sets? I guess super set implies or means going from one exercise to another without resting Has anyone checked his program out? He seems legit. I wish he had a payment plan though. I am just getting out of college and I am still poor (but on the up swing) |

| yeah like denny says for beginners its dangerous if they use to much weight and dont know their own body.I do that exercise with 88 lbs and man is it effective. |
