Protein shakes are a must , especially after your workout. Make sure they are a quality isolate proteins. Whey,soy,rice,pea,egg white. Any and all are effective. Michael, just wondering, where did you think of this workout?! What happened to the real back builders? Deadlifts? Barbell Rows? You've just got two vertical pulling moves! How does this work? You have also got the same amound on exercises for back as you have for biceps!?

Do you suggest using protein shakes? I heard that soy is bad for men and I guess shakes like probolic sr have it, is that bad? Also what do you think of "T-bomb II tablets" jw about supplements thanks
