You always want to be careful when performing this exercise. Going to heavy will cause your shoulders a degree of stress especially if you are already suffering from a injured or weak shoulder.With isolation exercises like this it's all about form not weight. ive been working out for a couple of months now, but never rely did my triceps, so i think just naturally my right one is noticably larger, what should i do to even them out?

Try to get a physician to give you a diagnosis.If you get the OK to continue make sure you concentrate more on the contraction of the triceps and the form and avoid causing any unnatural pain. hey michael great uploads, my elbows tend to hurt wen training triceps, any advice on how to release uneccessary stress that i might be putting on them?
